How Placement Works
Utilizing the service of a recruiting firm is an effective
method for both a perspective employee and potential employer to be introduced
without compromising confidentiality. Much time and aggravation is saved because
by the time the candidate is presented to the company, the screening process has
taken place.
FROM THE EMPLOYER'S POINT OF VIEW (referred to as our
client): We operate on a contingency basis
.therefore, if we do not provide,
there are no fees for service applicable.
When you place an order for a temporary employee, we provide
the employee, release the employee and pay the employee. We cover all payroll
burden and government remittances. Your company will receive a weekly invoice
immediately due, but just think
.if there are several employees involved,
you still have only to deal with one weekly document.
If you are seeking an employee for direct hire, our fees are based on the level
of the position and how challenging the search may be. When seeking that new employee
who will meet your expectations, it is our job to seek out that person who may
consider a change. People who are happily employed in their current positions
tend to be that special employee your firm would love to attract!
FROM THE EMPLOYEE'S POINT OF VIEW (referred to as our
candidate): When you are seeking new employment, whether looking to change jobs
or currently not working, this provides another avenue to you. If currently employed,
you will know that your resume is being handled in strictest confidence and being
shared with only those employers who genuinely may have an opening suitable for
you. If you are not employed, this is another door open to you with no fee on
your part.
